Jose Garcia was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. Since he was a child he loved to draw, and his school notebooks were full of drawings. His parents, realizing that he was more interested in drawing than in anything else, decided to enroll him in art courses to improve his skills. Upon completion of high school he decided to study Illustration at the Institute of Design of Caracas where he met the digital art. He is currently working as a freelance illustrator and he teach at a digital design institute, always focusing on conceptual art.
